1. What I collect
When you submit a form (contact, free audit, call booking) I collect your name, email, phone/website if you choose to share it, and the body of your message.
When you only browse the site, I collect anonymous traffic data through analytics (page, country, device, referrer), no cross-site cookie tracking.
2. Why I use it
To reply to you, send a quote, or book a call. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (contract performance and legitimate interest).
To understand which content is useful and to improve the site (anonymous analytics, legitimate interest).
3. Who I share it with
Only with processors I need to deliver the service: Vercel (hosting, EU/US), Cal.com (booking), an email provider (Resend / Gmail). I do not sell data and do not share it with ad networks.
4. How long I keep it
Inbound enquiries: up to 24 months from the last contact. Contractual data (invoices, contracts): 10 years (Bulgarian Accounting Act).
Analytics: up to 14 months, in anonymised form.
5. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under GDPR / Bulgarian PDPA. You may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
