Challenge
A law firm with strong offline reputation, but online they lost to aggregators (LawyerBG, Pravo.bg). When someone urgently searched on Google, they landed on aggregators, not real attorneys.
What I did
Site from scratch with architecture by practice type (5 practices, 5 dedicated landing pages), plus detailed FAQ on the top 30 questions people actually ask Google ('how much does a contested divorce cost', 'inheritance case without a will', 'unpaid-wages labour dispute'). LegalService + FAQPage + Speakable schema. Lawyer's video explainers embedded. GBP filled. Outreach to legal portals.
- Site built from scratch with per-practice landing pages (family, criminal, real estate, inheritance, corporate)
- Deep FAQ pages on top questions: divorce cost, inheritance timelines, claim documents - content the AI models actually quote
- LegalService + Attorney + FAQPage + Speakable schema
- Video explainers from the lawyer on YouTube, embedded into the site
- Full GBP with practices, consultation pricing, hours
- Outreach to legal blogs and Lex.bg for guest posts
- Main pages translated to English for foreign clients in Sofia
Results
In 6 months: Maps position for 'адвокат развод София' from #9 to #1. Enquiries 4 → 22/month. 112 keywords in Top 10. Best of all - AI Overviews and ChatGPT started citing the firm as a source for common legal questions (~9 citations/month), opening a brand-new channel of traffic.

Let's talk
First, let's see if we're a good fit.
A 30-minute call, just me and you. You tell me about your store, your goals, and where you feel stuck. I tell you how I'd approach it. No slides, no pitch. If it feels right on both sides, the next step is a real SEO audit and a plan built around your store.
- You share, I show you the pathYou tell me about the business - catalogue, goals, numbers, what you've already tried. Inside the call I tell you how I'd scale you: which channels work for your case, which don't, and the order I'd run them in.
- If it's a fit, I audit your storeIf we both feel good after the call, the next step is a real audit of your store and a plan for the next 90 days. If not, no hard feelings.
- You always talk to meI work solo - no account managers in between, no junior handovers. Six years on Shopify, WooCommerce and custom ecommerce builds, and the person on the call is the person doing the work afterwards.
